Yep - definitely going now (unless there's some emergency at work - they'll have to get hold of me first though :D) I'll be on first door duty. The final schedule for the day hasn't been worked out yet - should know by the ninth.
 
me too, already got me ticket a couple of quid cheaper through my association
 
Last year we arranged that modules could be taken at the nearby Llanelwedd Village Hall on the day of the WBKA Convention. Contact WBKA to confirm if the same arrangements apply for this year.

Module exams

Just got an answer from Dinah Sweet as regards the module exams on convention day - they will be held within spitting distance of the convention:

The RWAS site (not sure which building yet) is where candidates in the
middle and south of wales can take their modules on the same day as our
convention, but in the morning so that they can then attend in the
afternoon.
I will let candidates know exactly where very soon
