I've been asked to quote for wedding favours. What size jar do people usually supply their honey in?

Pound jars, but for that it might be better to use jars that hold around one ounce.

One ounce is a bit tight ! I did 200 2ounce jars in the summer.
Get yourself a 250ml syringe, it makes filling them a breeze.

I'm with HM on this one ... pound jars and charge accordingly. It'll make the wedding memorable to the guests and you'll get a tidy little profit.

1 lb jars are also a lot less of a pita to fill ;)

I only did this once, as a favour to my son, and I used the 42g jars (I only charged for costs). I used the usual gate on the bucket, which was really difficult with the small jars - 200 jars took forever. I wish I had thought of a syringe!

Not that I labelled these; the customer labelled them themselves (they were for the wedding of the daughter of the farmer where I have my out apiary) ... but I think they turned out well. Simple and unfussy. Apparently, they went down a storm.

1.5oz round jars from F&H
