Which weather service's do you use?
Have you heard of yr.no (with the www in front) it's from Norway but you can select your region and it will give you an very acurate short term forcast. I've used it for a couple of years and find it spot on.

Oh nooooooooooo
Not another to bookmark :svengo:
My husband laughs at all the forecasts I look at. Says I'm not happy till I find one I like.
Well I once saw a meteorologist on the tele say the most accurate forecast is one where at least five services agree :biggrinjester:

Edited to add
It better get warmer!
I have an AS, just done on Friday, occupying a cavernous space with two frames of food and the rest foundation (I wish I'd had drawn)
I have insulation round a rapid feeder and I've put the tray in.

:iagree: Except their "light air" means "force 10 gales" in real money
(Sorry, Finman, I know you think we're all wimps) :D

I use both at home and on board a website called XCweather (with all the w's .co.uk etc and yes the first two letters are capitals) gives windspeeds and weather in 3 hourly forecasts as well as 'actuals' from all local weather stations pretty scary at the moment - storm force winds where I am now and some of the shed roof has gone:eek:.
We've found it to be a pretty accurate and dependable forecast

:) I have loads of frames to put together for my new poly hive which also need:)s painting sovthatll keep me busy til the sun starts shining. I actually enjoy frame assemby, kinda theraputic

I think I'll go and lovingly get on with assembling commercial nucs. On the kitchen table. That's faith :)

I take it you manufacture your own commercial nuc's? ( I made some 5 frame commercial nuc's last year, couldn't find any plans anywhere!)

:smash: out with the hammer and nails then!!

Unfortunately it's an asbestolux roof - I'll have to replace two sheets with corrugated iron so i'll have to pick a few sheets up tomorrow - today I think i'd take off with two sheets strapped to the roof!

The Maverick weather forecaster Piers Corbyn of weather Action is saying May will be the coldest for 100 Years

In October 2011 He said december 2011 was to be the coldest for 100 years AND HE was right

but like all forecasters he gets s few very wrong, hope he is wrong this time

The coldest or near coldest May for 100 years in Central and East parts with a record run of bitter Northerly winds. Snow at times especially on high ground in NE / East. Spring put in reverse.

*Confidence of E / SE England mean temps: Coldest in 100yrs 80%; In 5 coldest in 100yrs 90%

Still waiting over here - overcast, light breeze, and steady moderate rain - 181mm of rain so far this month making it the wettest April since we moved here:banghead:

Some improvement forecast for later in the week - I'll believe it when I see it!
