Maybe - but all skin and bones and packed full of them chemicals and supplements they need to keep alive as they don't have a proper diet.....................

Just need to baste them with a good bit of welsh beef dripping - that'll put all the goodness back in - mind you, might as well just spread it on a couple of pieces of fresh bread - saves cooking.

Carl Lewis was vegan when he won 10 gold medals, both the Williams sisters are and Brendan Brazier seems to do quite well on it. I remember when I was doing the vegan thing people use to tell me the diet didn't have all the correct nutrients, I always asked them what nutrients should I be eating and how many.

I'm sure you can guess how many actually knew.

I've never had a moral problem with meat or diary, I'll happily cook the wife a roast Sunday lunch. I just limit my own intake because it makes me feel much better and the science tells me it's jolly good for me.

Yep your right about that:iagree:, is anyone a vegetarian here? How do they feel about honey?

The objections to honey that I've seen are all based on them requiring some sort of husbandry. Anyone who objects to using animals in the food chain probably won't like honey. Anyone who doesn't eat meat but is happy with dairy is likely to be okay with.

The same Carl Lewis who tested positive three times for drugs?

And the Williams sisters eat chicken.

The book is 200 years out of date describing beekeeping before frames.

Anyone who goes by 200 year old information on bees would normally question what else they are taught is out of date excrement.

The word Luddite springs to mind??

Thing is, the internet specialises in radicalising everything.
Extremists, (Sponging lard arses at their laptops, all day on benefits, bowl of sugar-coated nutty snack by their side), have the time to populate the subject on social media.
