Varroa treatment

Hi everyone
Iam going to treat my single hive in late December for varroa using Api Bioxal mixed solution using the trickle method. But the API Bioxal 35g sachet will treat 10 hives, my question is if I make up the whole sachet (500 ml) in a bottle how long would this solution last me before it spoiled.

What if I only use a tenth of the powder and store it air tight container.

That should be OK but once it's mixed it won't last very long.
