There are five issues:
1. Storage capacity of the desired battery (Measured in Amp Hours)
2. The power delivery needed by your vapouriser (Wattage)
3. The voltage that can be delivered by your desired battery
4. The voltage required by your vapouriser
5. How long a single vapourising session would take.
From these numbers the adequacy of any battery can be reliably worked out by straightforward arithmetic. If you post the numbers I will work an example for you that you can apply to any battery.
