apart from cutting off the bit with me setting up the camera and turning it off they are shot in one piece, IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE FACT I HAVE NOT WORKED OUT HOW TO TRIM BITS IN THE MIDDLE YET!!

Simple way of cutting out the bits you dont want is to use windows movie maker. Its easy to use.
