Finding all the words before any move was easier than then finding a way to move the letters into place using the minimum moves!
A weird usage example: "If this is valuable then back to the leaky cellar it goes."

Again I was faster to do the 6 word anagram than find way to move the letters into place. For a long while I thought it was impossible but went for the scrabble tiles and did a bit of exploration. There's some abstract set or network maths in there somehow I suspect...
Is it always possible to position a certain number of letters in a certain number of moves?

OMG, looking bad! no vowels yet, still 6 options. (The risk with strategy of eliminating the medium chance letters first.)
this was the best chance to get it in 5 but was the solution - just luck (?)
