Thymol Feed and Apiguard

Hi, My autumn treatment normally consists of a couple of trays of Apiguard and a feed of 2:1 syrup. This year I am switching to thymolised syrup. I am using 5ml per gallon,
Question is can I use Apiguard at the same time as feeding with thymolised syrup?
