If you don't hear from someone by say mid-afternoon today then go to the BBKA site, click on got a swarm in the bottom RH corner and type in the postcode when you get to the right bit. Simple and works.
Better that than a swarm sitting out in dodgy weather...the one we took on an estate last night had been there in a front unfenced garden six days, had used all their stored honey and built zero comb. Off to feed them shortly.
Another prime last week I didn't hear about for eight days: they moved on in poor shape to start their new lives.
