The results are very strange indeed.
A look at the methodology may be a good idea, from collection to analysis?
Maybe we should be looking at other ways of honey identification such as the presence of trace elements in the honey?
 
Viscosity/centrifugation issue?

All samples diluted down significantly in water so shouldn't be an issue- it's a tested method and working on some samples just not several of mine. Don't think there can be such a significant difference that it stops any pollen being separated.

Could try mixing two samples and see if it is working okay. Bit odd.
