I have split a hive into three
The queen scarpered and I have sealed QC's in the original hive and some lavae and capped brood.

The other two hives had frames of brood and eggs and some capped QC's. The frames which contained the Queen cells now have brood has mostly been either capped or has emerged and the Queen cells have hatched out but the Queen is not yet laying.

Should I treat them all for Varroa now?

and if so, what is the best treatment for them.

Thanks for your advice.

I'm no expert but I would say no, because your hives will go brood less at some point if you have no present queen, if concerned put in an inspection board to check. But that's my thoughts and I am sure someone with more experience will come along soon.

I give any split swarm or nuc a dose of hive clean. It doesn't clear the varoa but knocks it enough to last until autumn. I do this in case the treatment hinders the mating process. P's there is no right answer and all the advise given is good advise.
