Solar-powered hive ventilation?

Anyone tried this sort of thing before? I'm intrigued and may build something like it for next year.

All my national hives have this built in already, its called a ventilated roof and crown board with holes. As these features seem to work well enough I doubt I'll be buying one for awhile.

If you were interested to try it, could be made very cheaply with a metal screen under crown board feeding hole, pc case fan above with thermostat powered from ac/dc converter although not stated what temperature fan cuts in.

Although I suspect it cuts in at 70 degree Fahrenheit

Bee Cool hive ventilators will change the air in the hive 7 times per minute if hive temperature is 70 degrees and above and there is enough UV rays for the solar panel.
