Hi, i was wondering if good soft set honey can be reverted back to runny honey the same as it was before becoming soft set with crystalisation changes? Would it taste different

Not without heating and/or forced sieving which will change the taste

No need to seive
Just warm it as you would a bucket of crystallised honey
Yes, this works well especially when I have set jars on my shelves outside my house and we get a very hot period! The set honey I have worked hard to get to set becomes runny again!!!!

A farm shop I supply stacks the set honey next to a freezer heat exchanger with predictable results when temperatures are over about 25 °C.

I currently have mine in the wine fridge, running at between 14.7 and 15°C
I've convinced myself it's a low cost method as the solar panels are producing plenty of power.
Once the weather cools a bit I will switch it off, or before if it all sells.
