Soft set runny honey

Yes. OSR is white, yes?
I’ve soft set some dandelion which is much brighter yellow.

1st time attempt at making soft set. For the moment it's in a cool box to get it set but it's not white like all others, it still has a golden colour albeit being a lot thicker and opaque. Is this normal and it will turn white when set? I have used 1/10 seed.

I shouldn't worry too much about the colour.
Some years my soft set is nearly white, but other years quite dark in colour.
It all depends on the colour of honey you are using.
Creaming it does lighten it a little, but take care that you aren't introducing air into it.
The main thing is the texture.
If its soft smooth and spreads easily then it's perfect.
