This is my wild colony which is in a brood box and wont expand beyond 5 frames no matter what. I tested them and nosema is very rife in there so they need treating.

What is the best way to treat? Do you think Flumidal B is the right one to use?

Shook swarm into a nuc and feed? Then remove all wax and foundation and scorch hive for reuse?

Is there another way than the above by keeping them in the brood box they are in?

Have concerns I have a very large colony next door with almost 3 nearly full supers on.

Thanks

Vitafeed gold works a treat mix 50ml with 450ml of sugar syrup
use a syringe and give each seam 10mls
repeat every other day for a week and it should clear up.

Fumidil B.
Spray some mix directly onto all the occupied the frames and put the rest in the feeder. Make sure they are taking it down and they have some comb to store it in.

Thanks for your help, now I have choices!!
