Sharp corners on castellated frame spacers

I've never much liked the sharp corners on National hive castellated super frame spacers. I quickly remove the corners with an angle grinder. The supers are safer to use and easier to load with frames.
One for the manufacturers to consider, maybe...

or maybe more consideration as to your supplier? I bought a load of castellations from Beehive Bits years ago - the price swayed me. They were rubbish, so flimsy I could swear they were made from recycled tinfoil and razor sharp. I swiftly went back to slightly pricier but robust ones. Maisie's are always good but Simon the Beekeeper sell really strong and not at all sharp ones.
 
or if at all flimsy bend/roll the corners in at 45 degrees with long nose pliers, now they are self locating and no sharp edges!
