I managed to get hold of the Thornes Steam Generator for £8 in their sale last year.
I have bought a metal roof cover but struggling to find a connector that I can screw onto / into the top once drilled.
Anybody know what I need please. Photos of the Pipe may help.20240205_170207.jpg20240204_194818.jpg

I'm pretty sure the thread is 1/4" BSP.
Pop down to a local plumbers merchant such as plumb centre with the fitting you're trying to connect to. Tell/show them what you're trying to connect to and they'll be able to advise

I don't use a special connector into the frame holding box. I just stick the hose into the box, through a loose-fitting hole. Barely any steam escapes though the entry hole. An exact fit adaptor seems like significant over engineering.

Its more for safety IMO. A loose steam hose can spray all over the place, and in your case the electrics to turn it off is behind the steamer in the shed.
