Interesting reading about all this poison being put down holes, what happens to the rats that dont die in their holes

certain areas do need a direct baiting system, in which case poison is loaded into the hole and the hole entrance is sealed by stomping on it, therefore either rats eat it to open up the tunnel again, or it's left there sealed underground, very little chance of poisoning non target species, also the poison is tainted, it has a bitter taste that mice and rats love, but other animals it tends to make puck,
