In the latest BeeCraft (November 2011) Jenny Hawkins, at Cardiff University, is undertaking doctoral research into the antimicrobial properties of UK honey.

She is keen to further her investigations by assaying the antimicrobial potential of honey samples from across the UK and wants beekeepers to send her a sample of their honey.

BeeCraft has printed the wrong email address apparently - it should be [email protected]

The corrected address will be printed in the next edition of BeeCraft.
