Recording regular inspections on line

Does anyone use any sort of online method to record the findings of their hive inspections? I'm sure I read something on here that a member had created but a search has not produced it. Many thanks Aly

There was some talk of a similar feature being added to Beebase earlier in the year but not seen feature added yet.
