I did a small test, most of the honey I put into the warming cabinet with some cool blocks and got the temp down to 14degC
I kept a few jars at ambient temp and a few in the fridge for 48 hours (SWMBO kicked them out after that as she needed the room)
The 14degC ones have all firmed up as, interestingly, have the fridge ones! The abient are still runny.
