Quick question

I have a swarm in a skep having picked up this afternoon. It's on a sheet at the house in the village and should be ready to pick up. Problem is I have no hive until tomorrow. Should I leave in situ or wrap up and leave wrapped in my garage overnight until the hive is ready?

Not in a skep but when I have collected swarms late at night (pre polynuc) in a cardboard box I put them in a shed overnight (cool/dark). At least it keeps them out of the weather.

Think here what will happen if they were left there indefinitely. That outcome could occur sooner than your current 'thinking' time frame.
