Hello, I've got a Queenless hive that I put a test frame in to make sure it was Queenless. They have produced 10-12 Queen cells all on one side of the frame that are just recently capped over. I would like to raise them all if possible as the Queen Mother is nice and calm. How would i go about harvesting the cells and putting them into nucs. I'd like at least 4 mated Queens if possible.

You can cut them out, with a good margin of comb, make an indentation into receiving comb and press the margin into the comb.
Do you have the necessary resources, i mean bees mainly, to populate nucs. These will have been emergency cells, and depending on how long the colony had been queen less ( affecting the number of nurse bees), may not have been the best fed queen larvae, hence not the best queens.
