Queen Cells to make new colony

Hello
my colony has made several queen cells. Can I locate them into a fresh hive with some brood and food and when the queens emerge will they form a new colony . Are they better off in a nut (smaller environment)? thanks

Yes. I would put a nice fat open cell into a nuc. Add a frame of stores and some drawn frames and shake in a couple of frames of nurse bees.
is your queen still in the hive?
