Queen candy?

Never made any before. As a backup plan i'm going to put my existing queens in a queen cage with some workers before requeening this weekend.

How do you make queen candy fondant the easy way?? I've googled you see some using icing sugar + honey.....

simplest solution - cut the chocolate of a fry's bar.

seriously. works fine plus you get to eat the trimmings and the left over bar.

Just tried 6 tsp of icing sugar made well in centre and added 1 tsp of my own honey then moved it inwards then kept mixing with fork till I could nead and kept going until it wasn't sticky needed to add little bit more icing sugar but I have a nice ball. Looks like a good start!
