Polynuc super blew over (Galeforce winds) while cleaning and fractured (broke). Is there a recommended glue for Ploy repairs or will most any superglue suffice? I have heard on the wind (no pun intended) suggestions of special glues.

Hot melt glue maybe and exterior poly filler works well for me and a coat of masonry paint after

I used 'Polyurethane' glue, use it sparingly as it foams up. ScrewFix sell it or look for Gorilla Glue. Make sure you tape the joint with masking tape as the glue expands and will push the joint apart. I also use this to fill hopes in 'Poly Hives'.

UHU por adhesive is specifically for poly and bonds very rapidly

Gorilla glue, but you should also drill a hole across the break and drive in a dowel or two to make it secure.

Possibly ... but it's also the label on the tin, or in this case bottle, whereas polyurethane glue is not. And 'polyurethane glue' doesn't feature anywhere on the bottle.

Which is why I recommended Gorilla glue ;)

PS What can't we resize images with a WIDTH= tag??

Thanks for advice - went with Gorilla. Oh it certainly does expand but clamps contained it. Thanks again. P
