Plywood nucs

I am over wintering 14 nucs this year
4 are in poly
The rest are in 18mm ply with full depth roofs
Just need some advice on ventilation, there made with solid floors should I put a little ventilation up top ??
Or put some kingspan insulation under roofs

No, used solid floor plywood nucs for yers, never ventilated them
