Perfect Softset amusement

Just gone to re-liquify a batch of liquid Honey that had set in 227g jars and discovered it's now one of the best softset I have ever produce . Smooth and realy tasty; slight frosting.

It was from a batch that was not heated once jarred. Jars from the same batch heat treated after jarring are still liquid!

You may find that it goes hard-set again after a while.

That is the risk but the original batch had already set and was not overly hard.
