First year as a beekeeper.
So still finding my feet as it were.
I used Apiguard in the Autumn and it seemed to get rid of a lot of mites.
Just done my third Oxalic vape and checking the board the drop seems minimal, only a few dead ones.
Assuming there is no brood in there, can the colony be free of mites.
I do realise that they will return but just wondering if a hive is ever completely clear of mites , even for a brief period ?
