The osr beside me is going out of flower now time to take off the supers ,I was wondering about the half filled frames do I extract them too ? It's just I'm afraid of the honey setting in them

Shake test in field...then check with refractometer. If legal extract, if not place in warm room or direct sun (if no bees around and in this heatwave).
They won't set quickly under current temps anyway.

As above give it a good shake if it comes out it’s nectar if it stays in its honey. The majority should be capped the few partly capped frames should make no odds
