Not concerned about price, just want to do it the best I can within amateur means.

I have made warming cabinet from old fridge.

My question was simply that, do I need to let it set fully before I heat to get the crystals to dissolve, before I seed; or can I just heat to dissolve them now, while not quite fully set. It seems silly to let large crystals fully form, to just dissolve them, in order to get them to set again ( but this time to the size of the seed crystals).

Have I missed something? I would value your experience.
