I chanced upon some local history via YouTube. The maritime content made me wonder if JBM had worked with the Goole customs team at all.

I have taken a boarding team to Goole a few times, and run a 'suspected cocaine' operation there, all when we were docked for annual safety checks at Hull, but not in 1975 when I was but eight years old.

The local rag didn't used to report much about drugs in goole during those years. That's changed now. There were almost weekly court case reports of a select few ladies being fined for going aboard ships for the purposes of carrying out the world's oldest profession. 😎
