This will be my first year to target oil seed rape. Site sorted with local farmer
Rape is just starting to break into flower. Not much else for bees in the vicinity.
When would you suggest I take bees to new site considering drop in near futire
temperatures?

Depends how far it is from current location. If > 3 miles when ever you like. I have moved hives in feb before now. If <3miles then deff during the cold spell - less flyers to worry about and more likelihood of a quick re-orienation to the new location due to lower flight activity / distance.

I've noticed a lot of OSR in the fields around my apiaries this year and the bees are already storing a decent quantity of nectar. The OSR is already starting to bloom but nowhere near full bloom so not sure if the nectar is from it or not yet. Given the forecast for rain this week I have supers prepared and ready!

Supers just put on.they are working it hard here.
