Morris Board

Can anyone supply me with plans and or a picture of a Morris board, please?
I know I can buy a booklet from Northern bee books but the postage seems high for a slim £3.50 publication.

Is that the same as a Cloake board? If so there are plans online

IMHO better design (although slightly more fiddly for the DIYer) is to have the slides operating through slots in the side rather than through front entrances - easy to operate whilst strolling past the hive rather than suited up.

no - but the page has a picture that shows all you need to know to make a board.

ie

460x460 ply sheet.
6 squares of metal QE
stripwood for framing
ply or metal slides

the picture in the article gives inspiration. it's basically a combination of features of snelgrove, cloake and horsely boards.

think about the methodology and the construction will be obvious.
