As always I had a little look at the honey in Aldi.
They are currently selling some 'manuka type honey'...
What?
Why has the product name changed?

In July 2014 the Ministry of Primary Industries of New Zealand published its report ‘Science and Characterising Manuka Honey.’ This was due to much media attention throughout 2013 and 2014 regarding the ‘confusing’ and ‘potentially misleading’ labelling of Manuka honey and the perceived health benefits associated with the product.
We have changed our label to ‘Manuka type honey’ in order to comply with the report’s recommendations, that no claims of health benefits (i.e. claims of ‘activity’ or ‘total activity’) should be made on Manuka honey products.
Our Specially Selected product is still of the same specification and quality as before. The only thing that has changed is the label, and we use the term ‘Manuka Type Honey’ to show that our product contains genuine pollen from the Manuka bush, which is only found in New Zealand. It is a multi-floral product with at least 30% Manuka pollen.
