was workin on the bee shed today. the bees were out for about 30 mins relieving some pressure. didnt seem to worried about me beside them with the chainsaw.

In South Finland we have here 3 - 6 C over freezing point. Hard wind and rain day after day.
 
Snow on the ground, temp not got above zero today, Sunderland lost, I wish I had not got out of bed today.

:iagree: every log i bring in has to be inspected. bloody things still get in.
 
Several sharp frosts over the last week. No bee activity at last! Still the occasional wasp. Have they mutated into all-weather wasps? Never ever seen so many as this last 3 months, and they wiped out one of my hives in November.
 
No wasps....................No bees either............I don't blame them for not coming out in this weather!!!!!
 
Forecast for York later this week in double digit tempreatures :confused:
 
Frost, snow rain, ice here..

Any bee flying must be on alcoholic honey...and dead in 5 minutes...
