As header, there's plenty of info on blooming but can't seem to find anything on how long the foliage lasts

Thought it was there all the time, dwindles in the winter & strengthens in spring but always visible.

Oh that's good then. We have some in our new home which I have just moved a portion of it to a shadey bed we need to fill. I have hostas, pigs squeak, and lungwort in there and needed something to fill the gap.
To know it's going to stay green and not vanish now the flowers have faded is good to know as I don't want a bald patch , thanks for the reply

Dies off in Autumn and comes up again in spring, spreads like mad.
