Wife out shopping i am sitting in the garden in the shade building supers the sweet smell of cedar and beeswax,having a roll-up and a cup of tea,my girls busy on the flowers,popping in for a drink out of the fish pond. Summertime and the living is easy..............

But honestly, in these days dandelion honey is coming in so much that it cannot be better here. It is the reason why I feed pollen patty to bees in early spring. Time to harvest!

Though it does have a way of biting one in the bum.

Did a thorough inspection this am.
Thinking, like Julian of Norwich, "All is well, and all is well and all manner of things is well".

Sat down with a double espresso and the paper, watching the girls.
Put my arm down on my stomach, on top of one of the little b*ggers who promotly bit me!

First one from my own bees. Still, didn't develop anaphylactic shock!
So, not wasted all my hard earned cash!


Worth it.
