What could be better for the enlightenment and pleasure of honey-lovers? Of course, such variety can only be offered when the bees are cared for and their product is processed by a hard-working and enthusiastic beekeeper who doesn't follow the herd along the easy route. (y)

I labelled 200 odd yesterday after jarring some and cleaning every single jar before labeling. Oh also put some in a water bath got home at 10ish last night.
Saturday doing more and next week

I think you're miscalling the general situation. Personally, I think Curly is following the herd; by messing around with unnecessary time consuming things.

Jeez. I mean, why post this? Everyone was being nice to each other ....
Hardly not being nice is it. Now, if I was to encourage Curly not to think about where he's going with this marketing decision of his, that wouldn't be nice.

Well I think we all do this when we start off. I know curly has been keeping bees for a while but I think this has been the first year he’s got the bit between his teeth. I know I’m a mere lowly hobby keeper but when I first started getting a half decent crop I went mad with all sorts of different labels. The novelty wears off.

7 labels? Amazing. Although (here it comes!....) I reckon you're making work for yourself while potentially creating customer preferences that, in all honesty, they don't need to have. Not nitpicking for the sake of it, this is meant to be constructive!

I wish 😀. I have honey from 10 apiaries which are all labelled individually, some have runny and soft set so potentially 20 different labels.......... oh and each jar has 3 labels, the main one for the front with all the required info on it, one on the back with general info on our beekeeping and processing of the honey and an anti tamper with one of 12 "bee facts" on it. God I wish I'd never started this 😂😱
