Is this a giant Asian Hornet?

Caught from my chimney flu this morning in Cheshire.

Thank you for the replies.

I have let it go but unfortunately the very edge of one of its wings must have got singed before I caught it so it can’t fly properly and will probably succumb to the cold tonight.
 
No giant Asian hornet reported ever in the U.K.

This is Vespa mandarinia the giant hornet

And this is Velutina, the one we need to watch out for. Smaller than your European hornet but larger than a common wasp

nothing to worry about as others have said no yellow legs and not black in appearance..
