incubating Queen cells

Hi every one, I have incubated a few queen cells and had 2 out of the 4 hatch should I take them out and feed them? or leave them until tomorrow? when I pop them in a mini nuc?
 
They need to feed I put some fondant in with them and a bit of water in the cage
 
ok thanks I Have put the on the side in the kitchen in cages and feed them I think the other 2 are hatching too. one of the virgins has a damage leg shall i kill her or leave her?

Sorry but it begs the question what are you going to do with your 'damaged' queen put her leg in a splint until it is better?
