How to introduce Q to hive hopelessly Q-less

In each of two hives I reduced Q cells to one and went on holidays for nearly two weeks.

Hive A doesn't have a lot of bees and many are drones.

Hive B has more workers and seems to have some pollen in many brood frames.

I have two new queens in two Apideas, recently laying. These are from Q cells taken from Hive A.

I have a few of each of the gadgets in the photo.

My question, please, how to introduce the queens to the colonies (or should I do so?). Which gadget to use and how to safely introduce the queen.

Shake hive A out and test frame in hive B
I wouldn’t risk a queen in either of them just now.

Totally agree. Hive A is a waste of time. Need to ensure B is Q- before any action. Do you have access to other colonies?

I inspected a colony today half expecting to be shaking them out, the queen was removed early in May and a week ago they appeared queenless. Brood in there today and I marked the new queen it's amazing what a nectar flow can do.

I had the same. Sealed queen cell on the 5th of May. First half frame of eggs spotted on Tuesday.

Steve & Mark's description is common, so wait at least another two weeks; test frame would help.
