Coming in on two sections - larger net

Cup kit system: Making up receiver cell bars. Using national frame. Some source allow 10 units per bar which is pretty tight. Question: Is it feasible to place the receivers 5 well-spaced to a bar without negative consequences. Don’t require that many Queen Cells?

2 inches apart is recommended. Less and brace comb..

Leave sufficient space to slip a hair roller cage over the cell cup. Twenty cups in a national or smith is fine. Do remember that twenty cups does not unfortunately mean you will eventually have twenty mated and laying queens!
The spigots have four fixing holes, it can be easier to fix them with one countersunk screw through the centre.

May I ask by whom is this recommended?
:iagree:
As you can see from my avatar, I have 15 cells to a Langstroth bar so you should easily get 10 on a National.
The Nicot cell supports (CNE1 http://www.nicotplast.fr/presentationanglais/gbpagecadre.htm) can be attached to the cell bar next to each other (long way) without any comb being drawn between them IME. Effectively, they are self-spacing and no additional space is necessary

You can see from the cell cup block (CNE2) how litle wax is attached. I had 1 failed cell out of the 4 bars (60 cells) shown on my avatar
