You can use the bailey frame change which is basically putting another brood box on top of existing one. Then once the bees have drawn it out and the queen is laying in it make sure the queen is in the new box put new box on bottom then put queen excluder on the new box. The old brood box then goes above the queen excluder so that all the brood can emerge, then remove the old box.

If you want to change just a few frames in a brood box then when you inspect move the frames out one space at a time toward the outside. Then when they get to the outside take them out and add your new frame.

Stick a drawing pin into the top bar of the ones you don't want. Work them to the edges of the brood box during the course of the season. And in spring replace frames with new ones.
