Honey Show

I'm intrigued to learn that the Honey Show will accept naturally crystallised honey. Why is that? I would've thought that would be very not-the-done-thing!

They have a class for just about all parts, products and aspects of beekeeping including honey so it is perfectly reasonable to have one on natural crystallised honey.

Its not an elitist honey competition and cater for the basic amateur and more experienced.
