I remember reading that honey had been found in ancient Egyptian tombs and was still edible!
Maybe a few thousand years for the "best before" date?

Do you really want someone making a claim after 50 years? On second thoughts most here won’t be around in 50 years time!

Suspect you would need a "use by" date to protect against any claims, but I won't be worried by 2222!

That’s just like mine. I wonder why it won’t soft set again if warmed and seeded. It’s a pity but good for home use or bee feed.

My Spring honey from this year has done exactly that. Was worried for a bit.
