I bought a honey creamer from eb*y and received it promptly. The product itself is fine but I wanted to make users aware when using it, not to do what I did. When using in a plastic honey bucket, because the blades are very sharp, the first I knew there were tiny slivers of plastic floating to the top of the honey where the blades had cut into the plastic. This was my first attempt at soft set honey and next time I will make sure that the blade stays in the centre of the honey, I have also ground the edges of the blades to help.

Good tip and when ours (also bought on eBay) arrives will take the sharpness off.

is it a bladed one or spiral one?

It's a blade.
