Honey Buckets

Can honey buckets be reused or is there a possibility of contamination by moisture ?

If they are food grade buckets there's no reason you couldn't use them again. Moisture will not get into the plastic.

I buy them from local bakers. They originally will have contained jam or custard etc for filling pastries. Hence food grade. 30 pence each. I number each lid and bucket, as they are not that interchangeable.
