Incredible... how long had they been in there... very late in the season for a swarm... so far North?

They had noticed a month ago....

Since removing, I produced the report and sent it to the manager who replied...

Thanks for the email, always nice to hear things like this i will probably pass your details over to the British Holiday and Homes Parks Association as they have doing reports on Honey Bees and I think you might get some publicity from it :0)

It was, the entry hole was fit for a small bird, but the box would have done a magpie... lol

the change in colour of the box was down to the flash at night (dark)
